Catherine has 20 years experience in numerous leadership roles within the Market Research industry, most recently as Managing Director of GfK NOP Research Panels. During this time, she has delivered insights at numerous companies with familiar household names as well as winning the Best Paper nomination at ESOMAR’s Global Online Research Conference in 2008.

Embracing the new world of work in true X-er stye, in 2010 she left full-time corporate employment to find a more flexible and fulfilling way of working. Joining the TomorrowToday team, she now heads up  the Strategic Insights team, where she oversees the global research strategy and the day-to-day operations of research and insights projects.

Catherine intimately understands corporate and entrepreneurial life and has a huge enthusiasm for people and discovering what makes them “tick”. She has also practised as an executive and life coach, with a particular interest in helping people find ways to maintain a work/life balance that is healthy for them.

Catherine lives in Surrey with her husband and two young children and is really enjoying the experience of fundraising for community projects.
